Jennifer Yozwiak is the Co-Founder and Co-President of 100 Women Strong Ohio, where she is passionate about bringing women together to create meaningful, lasting impact throughout Northeast Ohio.

Jennifer spent more than 20 years with Pfizer before joining Exact Sciences, where she partnered with healthcare providers to advance early cancer detection through innovative screening solutions. Throughout her career, she built trusted relationships, connected people with purpose, and developed a deep appreciation for serving others.

Following the loss of her husband, Chris, to ALS in 2024, Jennifer established Yoz Cause, a family foundation dedicated to supporting ALS research, providing assistance to families affected by the disease, and inspiring the next generation of philanthropists through youth-led service initiatives. Under the Yoz Cause umbrella, programs such as Clayton Rakes, created by her children to honor their dad, encourage young people to discover the lifelong impact of generosity while raising critical funds for ALS research.

Jennifer believes that when people come together around a shared purpose, extraordinary things can happen. She is honored to serve alongside an incredible group of strong, compassionate women through 100 Women Strong Ohio and is grateful for the opportunity to help pour back into the women, children, and families of Northeast Ohio.
