Gretchen has been a member of 100 Women Strong Ohio since 2019 and has served on the board since 2022. Helping others has always played an integral role throughout Gretchen’s life. Her favorite quote is “If I alone cannot do great things, allow me to do small things in a great way,” and she feels this aligns beautifully with 100 Women Strong OHIO. When Gretchen looks back on the impact the organization has had in local communities, she is proud to have been part of the positive change for the organizations that receive grants. Because, truly, we are #StrongerTogether. Gretchen and her husband, Steve, live in Hudson and have two grown daughters. She is a teacher at Hudson Middle School, where she also started and advises a club focused on leadership and community service, inspiring the next generation of thoughtful, helpful individuals.
