Raised in Northeast Ohio, Elena returned home from Chicago with her husband, Mike, to raise their four children.

A graduate of Penn State with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Elena forged her own path in a field where women were still significantly underrepresented. That same determination, paired with her warmth and entrepreneurial spirit, eventually led her to turn a lifelong love of cooking into a business. Alongside her sister and a close friend, she founded The Family Table, where they prepare homemade meals that bring comfort, connection, and a little extra time back to busy families.

A founding member of 100 Women Strong OHIO, Elena has been involved since day one. She is passionate about strengthening her community and helping support local nonprofits, believing that generosity is most powerful when women come together to create lasting change.
