MaryJo Clark is Co-President and Co-Founder of 100 Women Strong OHIO, a giving circle started in 2019 to fund charities that help women and children across Northeast Ohio. She’s a natural leader, and after years of building that experience, it really shows in how much she cares about the organization’s mission. It’s a mission she’s fully committed to growing, now and in the future. At her core, MaryJo is committed to giving back, and that commitment shows up in nearly everything she does.

Her love for helping kids goes back to her teaching days at Notre Dame Preparatory School, where she also started a Mock Trial Team and a Breast Cancer Awareness organization. One charity close to her heart from that time is One Love, a nonprofit started in the name of Yeardley Love, with the mission of ending relationship violence. A cross-state move eventually brought MaryJo back to her hometown to raise her family closer to the people she loves, and it led her into a new career managing office operations for several businesses. That experience ended up being great preparation for leading an organization of 300+ women today. Her years teaching at an all-girls prep school stuck with her too. Being around so many strong young women every day, she came to believe firmly in raising the next generation to be philanthropic, and that belief still guides her. One of her favorite things about running 100 Girls Strong is watching those younger women step up and make a real difference in their own communities. These days, MaryJo puts that same drive to help people into her work as a full-time realtor, guiding families across Northeast Ohio into homes. But she’s always felt the pull of a bigger community than her work alone could reach, which is a big part of why she co-founded 100 Women Strong OHIO. At the end of the day, helping the people who need it most is what keeps her going.
